How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us through the contact page and we will help arrange it with Paddle.
Faulty or incorrect files
If a file is corrupted, incomplete or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair the file or arrange a full refund.
Duplicate orders
Accidental duplicate purchases of the same resource are refunded on request.
